How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple of days for processing. You will receive a notification that your order has been packed within 2 business days.

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Inside the EU: Between 1–7 days, depending on the country and time of the year.
  • Non-EU countries: Between 1–14 days.

Soon, we are starting to ship from the USA for North and South American clients. Backorders may occur, which can delay the process.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

All lost in mail claims must be submitted to questions@bheppo.com no later than 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover shipping costs for a replacement order if the original address was correct. Contact your local post office to help locate the lost order. Note: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, we will not reship. Any replacement would be at your expense.

My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?

If your order was unclaimed, it is returned to us. New shipping charges apply for unclaimed orders or incorrect addresses.

I forgot to use a discount code on my order

You can use your discount code on your next order. Orders already placed cannot be changed.

How do I enter a discount code?

Click the "Checkout" button and the discount code section will appear beneath your ordered item.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled if our fraud filter marks them as fraudulent.
